   I’ve been to many New Look stores so have a pretty good idea of what to expect re layout and products. I have to say that this New Look seems rather dark and oppressive. Even though it is large and has plenty of space between displays etc. I’m wondering if this is an aspect of the shopping centre rather than New Look? I did like the range of new summery clothes but one of the broderie anglais dresses, available in several colours, was displayed in different colours in various locations throughout the store rather than putting all the colour ways in one place. I didn’t notice many staff on the shop floor.

   2021- 4 stars Big new look. Staff are always friendly and prices are reasonable. 2023- 3 stars please move the petite section back to the upstairs near the fitting rooms, I find it very patronising that it's now been placed in the children's section. Just as we are also small doesn't mean we also want kids clothes.
