   Best place ever,my name is chris from harphurey i had visited this place to buy rear differential for my mercedes, its was really fair price, and the owner was really helpfull.anyway by mistake this parts wasnt fixed in my car,i took it back to this place and the owner without any hesitate he giveing bck my money.not everyone will do this beleive me.im was so happy .GOD BLESS HIM

   Awful service. I phoned him up and I was told they had a lock and latch for my car so I made a special journey to go and pick it up. I travelled over an hour to get there and as he told me that they were closing at 3:30, I arrived at 3:10 only to find them closed. Fortunately (or unfortunately in this case) I managed to get the guys mobile number from a neighbour and he said he would "be there in a minute" only to arrive at 3:57. He asked to look at the lock and latch, I showed him the latch on my car and photos on my phone of the latch removed and he went in to dig for a part pulling dozens of different locks out "is that the one?" they were nothing like! After another 20 minutes he explained it was most likely in the back of the yard in a container and he would need the forklift to get up there so would look tomorrow and would post it out. Then another BOMBSHELL he would charge me £7.50 more for the postage after wasting over 3 hours on my time. I was so unconvinced he would even send the correct part at this point so unsurprisingly I left empty handed and will never be dealing with them again!

   Absolutely shocking!!!!! Rang yesterday to get a windscreen give them my REG and vin number. They was like yes we have ( should of known as couldn’t really understand my English ) They said come down . It taken me a hour to get there.. soon as I got there oh sorry no we don’t have for this car. WOW WOW WOW AVOID.. 2 hours of my morning wasted because they can’t understand English.

   The company was called out. 15-20 mins before appearing the problem got sorted without the locksmith, when i rang the office to cancel the locksmith, the office staff were extremely rude, bullied me and tried to get money off me for no work being done. After the locksmith came around he was very polite but was trying to persuade me that the office was right and was arguing with me.
