    Shocking service! One of the barmaids apparently lied to the bouncer and said I was being rude when I asked for a drink! I have never ever had any trouble in my life and been kicked out of a pub because of some power tripping bar maid who gets paid national minimum wage! I suggest you train your staff properly and if allegations are made then look at your cctv and follow through! Sometimes the customer is definately right! That was extremely sly by your bar maid!

    The actual venue is OK however the toilets need a big revamp. There is only 1 proper men's toilet and it is broken. Door doesn't lock either. Not good for people like myself that value privacy even when we are drunk. I have to go to other pubs with better toiletries.

    What can I say....... 5pm Saturday, hardly any body in, ordered a dry white wine which was served in a plastic glass. Asked for a proper glass to to be told they only one wine glass that was already out. Jaw dropped at this reply but the bar staff was not joking. After paying almost £10 for 2 drinks I expect them to be served in the correct glasses. I can appreciate if I was sat outside but in January at 5pm and not busy I expect a proper glass.

    Why write outside that you have real ale when you don't even have the pumps for them. Not a good experience in a not very good bar. Why spend all that money on the place when you don't care about your products

    Decent size pub, plenty of good beers on offer and the DJ was thoroughly enjoying himself when I visited.

    Dragon fly and it’s management are racist and I intend to follow up their actions today with the necessary authority. Me and my friends were asked to leave because we stopped by drinking. Of all the people in the club it was the only BLACK people in the club that were asked to leave for not buying anymore drinks. Racism still exist sadly
