First time to pub...was surprised it wasn't dog friendly inside only in the beer garden..but inside was pleasantly surprised ... nice staff...wil return if it's nice to sit out with my pooch !
First time here and really good pint , barstaff friendly , seems like a nice quite pub , highly recommend
We couldn't wait to see the place done up but were a little disappointed if I'm honest. The interior is lovely but greyge. It has lost a lost of character and good atmosphere. It was full of noisy kids so was like a creche. We don't live far but won't be going in much. It may feel nice again once the novelty wears off and fewer people with kids go in. Sorry guys because I know you've done an awful lot of work on the place. It's just not the same.
Lovely pub. Recently been taken over. New landlord. Had never been in before. We went in as a group of 6 to have a catchup. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and drinks were cheap. We didn't have any food but it certainly smelled nice. The drinks were cheap. Great location! Will definitely be coming back.
Absolutely mint pub, great beer and the landlord/landlady couldn’t do enough for me
Lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff were striving to make the experience the best it could be. Had a great time.
just been took over by new landlord hes great guy very friendly and chatty ,, beers spot on and he puts some nice food on ,, always a nice welcome and free pool on certain days whats a bonus ,,
