They don’t stick to there terms and conditions, tell you alls you want to hear when buying the car then once its baught it’s like you’ve been forgotten about and all the rules they say are not stuck too don’t understand it. Don’t recommend anyone to them there a waste of time.
⸻ I had a great experience buying my car from Furquan (Pasha). Before this, I bought a car from Cinch — but I couldn’t even drive it out of the store because it turned out to be broken. Furquan was the complete opposite: polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to show me everything about the car, explained all the details clearly, and answered all my questions. I really appreciate his honest and supportive approach. Highly recommend!
After driving around looking for a heater hose for a 55 year old car and being fobbed off by all the main car part stores, I ended up at Motor Range where they had exactly what was needed. Very helpful guy who offered to sell me the short piece I wanted rather than the full piece. Sadly, places like this are in short supply nowadays so I’d highly recommend using Motor Range.
Seems great for parts, service not so great on the purchase front. Totally outrageous experience since it changed from Sytner to motor range couldn't be more different Customer service zero, prices different than advertised, when I called in the car had gone up £1900 although still the original price on the website 3 hours later Trade in values 2K less than we buy any car even after presenting them to WBAC then when you show them email evidence they bounce up to the correct values avoid like the plague.
Went in to get motor oil but was having difficulty opening my bonnet. Wonderful man from the shop took time out of his day - got a screwdriver to help lift bonnet catch, and finally success! Was v touched by his kindness and willingness to help me.
Fantastic service and very helpful. Been here couple of times and wouldn’t go anywhere else for car parts. Thank You for fitting my fob battery this morning.

Frequently used convenient and always helpful, the owner is a great guy who goes the extra mile to be of assistance, if we only had service like this from everyone. I always recommend Motor Range to anyone requiring motor parts, they're local and give great service. This is where I shop first and will continue to do so. Support your local shop!
I no longer live in this area since 4 years ago and did not have a car again until a couple of months ago i now live around 13 miles away but still come back here. The chap who runs/owns the business is very polite, helpful and friendly a true gentleman. I enjoy visiting this establishment and shopping here and the prices are indeed very reasonable.
