   I just want to give a huge thanks to Courtney who went out of her way to find a dress for tonight for my works Christmas party, I had to send my boyfriend in with me on FaceTime whilst I was at work and she went above and beyond finding me the perfect dress whilst I wasn’t physically there. The whole team were super helpful and I found the perfect one! thank you so much xxx

   I got falsely accused of stealing because im black when i would never do that. I didn't even go in for me i was with my sister. The lady didn't even apologise and im 24 years old not 14.

   Came in to look for clothes for a wedding, have been in many times before and didn’t expect any problems. Me and my mother altogether chose 3 items to go and try on and went to the fitting room to do so. When we first got there, the lady asked us the number of items and we said 3. She then looked at us quite intently for a little while longer and said ‘sorry, just making sure i know your faces if you run out with something’. Neither of us thought much of it and laughed a little then went to try on the items. Bit of a strange thing to say though. Two of the items we decided weren’t right but one of them we decided we were going to purchase. We left the changing room and handed her back the two items of clothing we didn’t want and kept a hold of the one we wanted to purchase. Whilst doing this she again asked how many items we had, so we again told her 3. She then started saying ‘no, i’m sure it was 4’ repeatedly in quite an accusatory and rude manner. Fair enough if she had just forgotten, but the way she spoke to us was unacceptable and made me quite uncomfortable. To accuse someone of theft with so little evidence and in such an accusatory way is completely unacceptable. We purchased the item we wanted, lady at the till was lovely, no problems there. I’ve read some other reviews that also seem to speak about quite rude and accusatory staff, i seriously think this needs to change as it makes shopping uncomfortable for customers.

   I really love the dresses they sell soooo snug fit like a glove BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE GLITTER DRESSES, IT IRRITATES UR SKIN AND THE GLITTER GETS EVERYWHERE, as lovely as they are they aren't comfy practical or stylish to wear

   I have always been a lover of quiz and it's clothing range, however my visit within this store was not the greatest, when wanting to try shoes on I could not find anyone away from the till to assist and when I decided on my purchases I attempted to queue however was unsure of where I should stand as an individual was already being served. This took a great amount of time in which the staff member called for assistance, I thought this was to manage the growing number of customers to be served but sadly not. In the end I became fed up of waiting and left the store without purchasing the items. Suggestion: Definitely think the store should have a clear indication of where to queue.

   Visited the store today with my wife. It is a good store. There is a good variety of cloths at a reasonable price. The staff at the till who served us was amazing. We also met another lady who was in the changing room. Her attitude was disgusting. She didn't have a smile on her face. When my wife gave her the clothes back after trying she just told her "put it back on the hanger". She could have been polite and said "could you please put it on the hanger?". It doesn't take much to be nice. Her attitude was disgusting. She was young lady. You have to have some respect for the customers but she didn't show any. That's why I have given 3 stars.
