Jordan J and Mahdis helped me out greatly in the Merry Hill shop today. Jordan exceeded in offering excellent customer service in being direct and helpful on finding the right pair of jeans i was looking for. Helped me find the right size and style of jeans easily and made my shopping experience efficient and fast. Mahdis did well processing my transaction through the till and did good on up selling me a T-Shirt whilst they were on discounted prices. I am definitely one happy, returning Jack Jones shopper.

I have shopped here several times and have only nice things to say. Today I was served by a lovely young lady who was very helpful and not only just to me but other customers in the store, one who couldn't find the size in jeans that he wanted, so she contacted another store to check if those jeans were in stock, which they were and she had them reserved for that customer to collect in store which appeared well received. Having checked my receipt it appears that her name is Debra. I recommend this store to anyone.
Went in to the store to get some clothes as it is one of my favorite brands and i have a long time loyalty with them. Only to be served hastily, most of the staff were helpful and went out of their way to help, however the older lady's attitude is a major turn off. Not welcoming at all plus didnt seem to co-operate with the other staff, i noticed her taking one of the staff and giving them a roasting at the back for putting a wrong discount by mistake totally uncalled for. 5stars for the clothes, one for the service because of the incidents noticed.
Nice little shop, reasonably priced and the two guys working there were really nice, the shop floor assistant asked if I was ok or needed any help with anything and the guy serving behind the till was also very friendly and gave me advice on aftershaves, I would definitely come again :)
Be very careful when purchasing items from here!. Make sure you check the receipts carefully as they'll staple together exchange label receipts only for every individual item bought and then a total amount receipt on the top so you don't notice! And you will not be allowed a cash refund, only exchange!! Very sneaky!!
