Went into Trafford park Manchester spoke with Duncan and he was the most helpful person I have ever meet.. he answered all my questions gave me solutions I would have never thought of.. I 1 hundred percent recommend Euro parts and Duncan should be leading and training everyone in customer relations he is brilliant
Didn't have a tyre pressure sensor which is common in new cars and when I asked if they can order some in they said they can't do that either! Saved money anyway went online fraction of price so did me a favour really we dont need these shops anymore they rip us off and waste our time if you can't do what your title reads stop wasting our time!!!
Terrible service and dishonest. I bought a footpump for 6.69 on 29 July. Faulty so returned it on 2 Sep and had a refund. I couldn't find one elsewhere so I returned to buy another one on 3 Sep. It looked like the faulty one that I had previously returned. I questioned them and they said it was new. On taking home I realised it was the faulty one. I took it back and am still waiting the refund. A car parts supplier that knowingly sells faulty parts???
I was completely dissatisfied with this company because of the rude behavior of the cashier, who was extremely arrogant and impolite. When I asked to speak with the manager, this rude person claimed to be the manager himself. After a while, another person came and said he was the manager. When I asked him to introduce himself, he avoided it. They were all extremely rude people. Never go to this Euro Car Parts. Manager of branch so rude and lier
Horrible service , the staffs are very rude and disrespectful, felt discriminated while I was at the store and over phone they were making rude comments from the back. You could always hear swearing whilst on the phone. Can’t they hire someone professional that can take their job serious? The worst branch ever!!!!!

Euro car parts Old Trafford. With branches in several locations they are a handy phone call away when ever you need those replacement parts for your ailing chariot. The branch that ive been to for a number of years is situated on 4th Avenue Trafford park, not far from an Amazon warehouse branch which basically is not too far from Man Uniteds football ground. I would in any case reccomend that you phone Euro parts before making a trip that way you'll know wether they have your required parts or possibly at one of theyre other branches. Eigther way they do deliver but their is an extra charge. Friendly helpful staff, decent car park, all you could want. Just phone first..

I've placed an online order and to be expected in 2 days, which was 1 day before the queen's funeral when the date of the funeral was known. I arrived on the date specified then I was told that the times didn't come because of the unexpected bank holiday. I've been advised to return the next day to collect the items. I was able to come 3 days later and then I was told that one item arrived and the other arrived but someone else took it. I was asked whether to refund or come back to collect the mission item. I was frustrated and asked them to deliver the missing item as this is not my fault. I was told that I have 2 options, either to come back for it again or get a refund. I had to accept coming back for it again. He wrote a note on a paper invoice and handed it over to me and told me to expect a call when the item arrives. on going home I found an email saying I received the full order. 5 days passed without any news from them. I called them to face someone saying this order has been received fully. I had to explain myself for them to understand me. I have to say that I feel let down and disappointed by your service
