    Worst customer service and a waste of time, I called to see if they had a part, I gave the part number, got a price and told me to come and collect. I travelled 1hr+ to find out they didn’t have the part and if I still wanted it to wait 10 working days for it to arrive. Unbelievable !

    I ordered a part. My reading of technical drawing was exact. The Customer Representative even stated the wrong part. I corrected him and even described the drawing. He informed me that it had to be transferred from Ellesmere Port and would be ready for collection on the Monday morning. Happy days as it was a time sensitive issues due to an MOT failure and the wrong part was sent. On arrival the registration was given and I was informed that no part was on order. I informed the Customer contact that I ordered it on the Friday and instructed to collect Monday. Apparently the point of contact was in Tenerife and no longer worked for the company (Gary). So the wrong item was(n') even ordered and I was basically informed that my wasted journey was my fault as I didn't phone for an update. The only benefit of me being on site was to correct the part that was(n't) ordered. It was to take 7-10 w/d as from France. See my MOT window. I now have to SORN, fix the car, reapply for car tax etc all because of crap customer services. I'm just 50 years old but in the last 15 years there is little professionalism or accountability anywhere. My mobility issues and other health issues are only compounded by the shrug of the shoulders and 'Not my fault or problem' mate attitude.

    Watch out all garages they don't do warranties! All parts must be inspected on the vehicle costing you time and money. Terrible antiquated way of doing things. This has just cost me hundreds of pounds!

    A waste of time they never bothered to reply after leaving two messages for parts for a citroen DS5 and as my car is not running I can't get there in person and believe it or not Robins and day garage don't have a breakdown truck to pick up there own broken down car's so next time I'm on the market for another car it definitely won't be a Citroen
