Ordered from these guys well over a year ago now. Initially I ordered the wrong ballasts for my car (BMW with super sensitive canbus) and they helped me super quickly get them swapped out for the right ones. Unfortunately, after a year of use, one of the ballasts died. Within 36 hours I had a new replacement in my hands completely free of charge under their 2 year warranty! I was very pleasantly surprised, while most companies these days have really shoddy aftercare, these guys are a breath of fresh air! Would not hesitate to order from them again!
I ordered two identical Osram bulbs for £150 and had them installed in a garage. However, it turned out that the bulbs you sent me were different, because the colour of the light does not match. I tried to contact the support team, and I was told to return the bulbs. However, I did not receive an answer to my question about how I am supposed to drive without the bulbs in the meantime, or who will cover the additional costs for removing and reinstalling the bulbs again.
I contacted these before ordering & they recommended a D-Lumina 42w kit. So this is the kit I ordered , but it’s not the one they sent. I was sent an auto xenon kit. Messaging them I just got lies & excuses. The lie was all hid bulbs are 55w which according to Google search is a lie. Then told I did have a D-lumina kit but they run out of D-Lumina box’s !!!!!! I then pointed out the bulb wasn’t a D-Lumina one no answer regarding that. I presume the kit they sent me is a cheap alternative kit to the one I ordered but instead of just admitting it , I got excuses & lies. Will never use or trust these again.
Worst experience for just buying headlights. I paid for hid and next day delivery. After 8days still no shipment and then when tracking says delivery it's been delivered to the wrong address. Company refusing to give me refund. PayPal dispute has been opened. This company is a joke. Honestly save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. eBay provide a better service than this joke of a company
Horrible after sales service!!! Bought maruta h7 lights cool blue cosmos from their eBay seller, installed lights both sides completely different Color’s..one bluish one grey… product is not good quality. Asked for after sales service for days they argued they would not replace lights and I have to buy again same products first.. why would I buy it again if it’s faulty? Does not listen to customer queries online as well do not recommend as terrible customer service
Great service, ordered on a Sunday and received in 2 days. After placing my order (ballast E9x BMW) I wanted to make sure it was the correct part and Martin in their support team was very helpful. Fitted the part and it works perfectly too. Overall, ignore the 4 star average, this is a 5 star company. I’ll be back again when I need something!
