   We went to Moss in merry hill to find a sage herringbone suit for our wedding. We were greeted and supported by Anna-Marie. She was so helpful and genuinely lovely. She took care of everything and her attention to detail is spectacular. We brought a three piece suit, shoes, cufflinks, tie clip and belt. I was expecting to have to go to different places but Anna made sure we had everything we needed and even gave sound advice for ensuring the outfit was fit for the wedding and suited the theme of the day. She ensured we were comfortable and happy with the purchase. Service like this is very hard to come by. Thank you so much for your help today! We are a happy couple! I also went into Beaverbrooks and they were highly commendable on Anna’s service. She is an absolute asset to Moss.

   Wanted a funeral suit, Moss Bros was one of my choice of shops, The quality of suit is top notch and just what I was looking for.. However the staff were not, the jacket price in the shop was £10 lower than the internet price, and they would not honour this.. I had to give my personal details three times, and I had to order in my trouser size, due to poor stock.. My wife went in today, and the jacket handed over was the wrong size, it took 40 minutes and finally got what I ordered. The suit wasn’t even folded properly or wrapped in tissue, but just dropped in the bag, £289 for a nice suit, but customer service and efficiency wouldn’t go amiss Jeff

   a truly delightful shopping experience. the lady that served us was practically perfect in every way. she had a lovely shop side manner about her. couldn't do enough for us, made us feel very comfortable and at ease with extra personal touch asking our upcoming wedding and nuptials and was very pleasant. highly recommend this shop for anybody looking for wedding paraphernalia

   I recently visited Moss Bro Merry hill to purchase a bespoke suit for my wedding day . Me and my fiancé were greeting by a fantastic member of staff, Robert. He was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and a great eye to detail. He was honest about what suited myself and gave us great comfort in knowing, what we are paying for is the right suit for me. He was friendly and didn’t rush us at any stage. I would 1000% recommend not only Moss Bros , but Robert personally. Fantastic service .

   Bought suits from Moss Bros before as they’ve served me well and seem to give good value for money. Recently gone up a size and grown out of them and was in a hurry to get a new one for a wedding. The lady who served me today was brilliant, not pushy at all and was offering suggestions on what to wear with the suit. Ultimately ended up buying the suit online as there was more selection but will definitely be coming back to this store. Highly recommend.
