   I order from these Quite often cause its based at walking distance for me, Never had issues since it has opened. Big Portions. Those who is saying there small..is wrong. you don't wait long for your order, Friendly staff. pretty clean. Small waiting area so don't recommend too many people though they do have chairs. I can Recommend to try there Special chief dish which is "Beef in Black Pepper Sauce with Japanese Udon," Is one my Favourite dishes. RIbs could maybe do better as there quite small but still nice. I Give it a 5/5 Prices are not too expensive like some around the area. Downside for some will most likely be cause its Cash only so make sure you order with Cash, Nor do they do Bank Tranfers. Sadly.

   Love the food here. I did a pick up and unfortunately they forgot to put the chips in which we needed as there was a few of us sharing meals. They did deliver them but took over half an hour but not had this issue before. Can highly recommend but will be checking orders before I leave in future.

   Went for the first time this evening (29th August 2023). Ordered two Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup, 1/4 Crispy Duck, Prawn Toast and Prawn Toast. The soup was well below par, the prawn toast was typical, thin, frozen rubbish and the duck was more cheap, frozen and nasty cack. I’ll let the picture speak for itself when it comes to the cooking and preparation (not cooked through, not one bit ‘crispy’ and it was still fully on the bone. By the time we shredded it ourselves, it was cold. Not to mention it tasted awful. Never again.

   Vile. £19 for a tiny potion of chips, rice and sauce. It was cold took over an hour to deliver. Only ordered from there because where we normally go was shut. Never again. It’s disgusting.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID A ruined celebration, 45 minute extra wait (along with all other customers) as they could not cope, incomplete order - returned home, unpacked and started to serve food before realised. Had to drive back for remaining meals, whilst food went cold. I returned, expecting apologies galore, to rude staff who did not even apologise for their mistakes. As if that was not enough to make us never return, they then provided only one of the missed dishes and had to return again! Do not trust these staff, they obviously try to send out incomplete orders to see if they can get away with it. Would not refund, despite not providing the good or service we had paid for. We have used this takeaway over the years, through various owners, and have never received such shocking service or food. The meal was not enjoyed and, needless to say, we will not be returning. I do hope this review can stop someone else experiencing a ruined celebration and dreadful service, or that the staff will realise this is simply not how to run a business.

   Order food, everything was perfectly fine u too much got it.. everything tasted off then through up. Phoned back for refund and was told I’d have to drive it all the way back to them !!!! Never again

   Absolutey shocking service after finding a hair in my food and ringing Happy Rainbow i was told, i could either have a full refund or order the food again with ordering many of times before I thought i'll give it another chance and asked just for the order to be replaced. I have rang now where i have been dismissed as a liar and that this was not the case and they will only offer a £3 discount even with me having picture evidence. I wish I had requested a full refund at the time now. I will not be ordering again from this place and they have missed out as we order quite often from here but the customer service is appalling
