   I recently ordered a vegetarian American burrito from this restaurant through Deliveroo, which had a decent rating of 4.1. Unfortunately, I regret not checking Google reviews beforehand. As a pure vegetarian by choice, I was looking forward to enjoying the vegetarian burrito combo while my husband and son had their non-veg meals from a different place. When my order arrived, I was excited for our Friday night movie, but after taking a bite of the burrito, I immediately sensed something was off. To confirm my suspicion, I asked my husband to try it, and to my horror, he found chicken in what was supposed to be a vegetarian burrito. As someone allergic to certain foods, this was incredibly concerning for me. While I appreciate that Deliveroo processed a refund, it completely ruined my mood for the evening. I ended up making my own sandwich instead. This experience was disappointing and frustrating, and I believe the restaurant should be more careful with their food preparation to avoid such mix-ups. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again.

   Ordered pork burrito bowl and two chilli beef burritos. ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED. The burrito bowl was absolutely 2/10, the food was cold, tasteless, the chilli burrito had no chilli, it was bland like bland chicken. ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS, WASTE OF MONEY. The burrito, the tortilla is cold no crust just a cold wrap, so sad. The burrito bowl presentation was not presentable. The cheese is fresh from the factory not melted. The guacamole does not look like guacamole. EVERYONE GO TO SHAH HALAL FOOD. Thankyou :)

   I ordered two naked burritos from this place, steak and chicken. The steak was so overcooked it was inedible, it was like some sort of beef jerky!! and the chicken was basically chicken pieces from a packet, processed and pre-sliced. The whole thing was absolutely disgusting. I have an iron stomach and even I couldn't eat this horrendous mess. If I could give no stars , that would still be too much. Awful, awful, awful.

   I can't warn people enough NOT to order from here. Ordered online said it would be 15 minutes for a simple order (pulled pork short shell taco and vegetarian tacos - 2 shells) I arrived 20 minutes latter and they took another 20 minutes to get it ready. Then they put the vegetarian tacos with the meat in one box. They were clearly backed up in the kitchen but chose to lie to customers about timings. Food was absolutely abysmal and could find better at Tesco ready to eat shelf (look at photos). The taco description says it comes with rice but it really doesn't. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Firstly i did NOT order the 3 taco combo. I order the Puled pork soft shell taco separately. The vegetarian taco was ordered separately. If you receive an order that has vegetarian option separate it indicates the consumer does not want their vegetarian option touching the meet. SECONDLY look at the picture of the vegetarian option How do you justify that being "2 Tacos"??? you filled one taco up and then put another shell on top it. THIRDLY your sour cream sauce tasted of plain yoghurt. FOURTHLY I ordered for collection through your website - so it was down to your chef not cooking in a timely manner / or you staff not putting in realistic timing when the order was accepted - it has NOTHING to do with Uber or Deliveroo. when it was clear your kitchen was backed up your staff still was answering calls saying be 15 minutes to other customers which is a lie.

   Tries it's hardest to come off as something authentic when in reality it's just another takeaway joint selling subpar grub. Frozen supermarket desserts, bog standards sauces. No where near the quality of places like Tortilla who do it right. Even comes in a bag that shares another takeaway's logo!

   Ordered 3 crispy tacos, literally filled to the top with filling, really tasty and I was full after eating two! Two big tubs of sour cream and guac too. Only criticism is maybe they could give more tortilla chips with the meals. Overall really tasty and filling, would highly recommend

   The food is expired and not even slightly fresh, you can tell by the off smell from as soon as the driver handed me the food. I felt sick. The wings were undercooked as the centre was pink and sticky although the outside was burnt and dry. From what I did eat, I have some stomach pains. This restaurant has potential but needs to start by not serving customers old rotting food that had been thrown together and tastes like old paper and btw did I mention that the tacos are absolutely horrendous and tasteless? They did kindly add guacamole, sour creams and a few nachos which was kind of them, however, my whole experience was not pleasant and I just feel sick now. Please fix it guys…

   Overkill of tortilla and not in a good way. Ordered grande (large) shrimp aka large prawn which was really bland the black beans were under cooked. The chicken grande was so overfilled with mozzarella to compensate for the lack of chicken. Terrible only compensation was the ingredients seemed fresh that’s why I’m giving two stars over one star.

   I love the food here, but you need to get new drivers. I live in a block of Flats No. 34, they delivered to a separate block of flats no.2, dumped food outside their flat, and owners of that flat with little kids, came and dropped fpod to us in rain. Owner of restaurant very agressive and unhelpful. Will never use again. The driver is dishonest advising he delivered to the correct flat, as a solicitor I am appalled by this company. In covid delivering to the wrong family, wrong block and wrong flat is an epic NoNo. Customer service is appalling. DO NOT USE.
