   I want upstairs in the men's area to buy trousers i was at the till a guy called Rob was looking at me and talking to members off staff I think and wouldn't come to serve me I wait a few minutes when down stairs got served straight away. Not good customer service team upstairs not good

   Disgusting customer service. Visited yesterday to pick up a click and collect order. It was quiet as it was Sunday morning but was waiting for my order for more than 10 minutes, I could see staff there chatting but they weren't doing anything!! Eventually a man went to collect my order and he was so rude, came back out with my order asked my postcode and held it out to me didn't look me in the face and walked off I couldn't believe it for someone who works in customer service he had absolutely no customer service attitude about him didn't catch his name but I was disgusted and shouted thankyou!! Avoid this one at all costs!!

   Terrible customer service! Avoid at any cost and go to other Next sites. It's been like this for months and it seems that the management is very poor. They left an elderly lady to serve the whole shop on Saturday. We have been waiting for 40 minutes to be served. Many people just decided to leave their shopping as the whole process was really slow. Mind that I was with two children, one of them being a baby who got really upset as it was 30 degrees heat. Poor management and slow staff. Avoid!!!!!

   Very disappointed-Staff is horrible and rude - i was shopping and the rude lady shouted and said i am cleaning so stop leaving everything on one rack even though that was a pile of clothes i was going to buy and then when i was shopping she kept looking over like i was going to steal- horrible lady

   I called to drop off some returns and to collect a parcel on 22nd April. I was left stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone arrived to serve me, even though 2 nembers of staff saw me stood there, but walked away. After someone arrived, once he had finished talking downstairs, I was then told to use the self serve for collections, even though I still had returns. After processing the returns, I was told i still had to use the self serve and wait for a collection. Very poor customer service, lack of staff checking if customers were being seen too, and just a general, couldn't care less attitude.

   Was served by a lovely lady called Raj who looked like she was under staffed but still had the place under control and had a great energy about her. Then was served by Dan in the Costa who was full of beans for a Monday evening and makes a wicked Caramel Latte. Always recommend this local Next as it has free parking and much quieter than the hustle and bustle you get from the town centre stores. Thank you both

   Not long returned from collecting my parcel from this store, OLDBURY. The woman couldn't been more rude. I couldn't hear her under her handmade mask so had to ask twice for her to repeat which she did shouting at me the first time round. She returned with my parcel and slammed it down on the counter. It's a good job it was nothing breakable. Miserable madam! If you dont like your job then get off your arse and find another.
