   My husband came with his garden blower to buy a spark plug for it and the chap was so unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered to look for the serial number and then said he only makes £2 on a spark plug so just couldn’t be bothered . Totally bad and unhelpful service .

   He had my car all day, told me it was fixed. Payed him but it wasn't fixed when I got in it " oh, you'll have to leave it with me overnight " he left it on the street all night then didn't bother ringing me so I went in, he basically told me 3 different stories which didn't tally. So I took the car and waited for him to ring me when part was in....yea you guessed it, never heard from him again, if I were you I'd go to a mechanic not a pretender. £50 he owes me.
