Rang them up for an alternator told them every specific detail about my car , told me They had the part , got the part and a mobile mechanic stripped my car and the part was wrong , rang them up and they said it’s my fault I should know what alternator I’m buying although I’m not a mechanic , I went to return it and he wouldn’t hand over a full refund , a ten pound handling charge which it says no where said I’m lucky to get any money back , also made the same mistake a few months ago but with a set of callipers , can’t be specialists if they don’t know what parts there giving out , will be in touch with trading standards about the handling of my cash , total bunch of Cowboys
Waste of time. I came here third time and once again they gave me wrong part. No refund given at all. All they offer is another (wrong?) part. 1st wrong cluster cable 2nd air con pump from different model 3rd faulty washer pump
