   Absolute joke. Bought a jumper (along with several other items worth over £400) about a week ago. Tried to take one item back as changed mind on how it looked. After walking around Leeds city centre looking for the store, discovered it had been shut down. It was raining quite heavily so got wet. Headed towards White Rose instead where I was told unable to return the item because it was damp and therefore “spoiled”. All they had to do was place it on a hangar for half an hour and it would have been fine. Complete idiots.

   Decent gear, but crammed into unit that isn't small, but makes moving around hard. Better lighting wouldn't be a bad idea either

   I used to really love Superdry but the quality has wained whilst the prices have hiked. I'd suggest getting your SD stuff from Vinted. However staff are usually friendly here and they sometimes drop some drum and bass while you browse.

   The selection of items was extensive, offering a variety of choices in multiple sizes, all at fair prices. Despite the specific item we desired not being in stock in the right size, the exemplary service turned this situation around. A dedicated worker went above and beyond by offering to check other stores for us. Not only did he find the item we were looking for at the Leeds Trinity store, but he also took the initiative to call them and secure the item, ensuring it was set aside for us. This level of service demonstrated the commitment and professionalism of the staff at Superdry. In summary, Superdry offers not only a great selection of items at fair prices but also outstanding customer service. The willingness to go the extra mile to secure the desired item from another store reflects the dedication of the staff.

   Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried to exchange a jumper that was one size too small and they refused to do so because according to them, I had worn it once (how else is one meant to check the size??) and that I had washed it (hmmm... covid anyone?). Staff was extremely rude, condescending, nowhere on their return policy is any reference to "washing cancels return policy", etc. Just a mess all-round. Definitely not buying from Superdry again.

   I recently visited the White Rose store, Leeds to exchange a 'down' padded jacket. The coat was ruined after washing (following instructions to the letter) but the outcome was horrendous. The feathers had clumped together along the seams it was unwearable. Spoke with customer service who suggested return to store. I took to WR Leeds and Daniel assisted. He saw the coat was quick to assist me in an exchange. I selected the same coat but a darker colour to delay the need for washing ever again! Daniel was really helpful, he went out of his way to assist in the exchange. My daughter was delighted she had her favourite coat back (of sorts) I wanted to leave a review for the store as I was really impressed with the level of service. THANK YOU! (However I was disappointed with Superdry, especially at the price paid - if washing IS possible this should not have happened)
