    Unfortunately did not have a good experience. I required a windscreen and was told to come at 10:30, the next morning. I travelled 35 minutes. Upon arrival, informed me that the replacement was not possible due to the service provider not wanting to work on the day. I would have appreciated it if I was informed earlier prior to setting off. A simple phone call to inform me is basic decorum. Roughly an hour and a half wasted of the day.

    I bought a part that turned out to be not fit for use. I was promised a refund but it took weeks and endless phone calls chasing them before I finally got it. I won't be using them again.

    Bought spares through 1st Choice. Communication terrible, sent me the wrong part and then needed to go through PayPal resolution centre to get money back. The Yell reviews are spot on, they are best avoided.
