Happy this place is closing, terrible service. And when they can't fix your car you get an email saying sorry you couldn't make the appointment. They use the excuse parts haven't arrived toooooo often, if 0 stars was an option it would be a minus.
Called and spoke to Ryan on Saturday afternoon afternoon after damage to my exhaust/ silencer. He told me to come down first thing Monday at 8:30am as he’d struggle getting parts on a Saturday afternoon so late with places shut. Sure enough he was expecting me at 8:30, by 9:30 he’d assessed and gave me a really reasonable quote. He ordered the parts and mid afternoon rang me with an update as to where things were up to. By 5pm, the work had been done and the car was ready for collection. Second time I’ve used this garage (first time for x4 new tyres) and they’ve been great.
Very professional. Competitively priced. Replaced tyre same day and even better could spread payments, really helpful at this time of year. Tyre fitter was speedy and back on the road within 20 mins. Thanks guys
So long winded this one, I had the car there four months ago For a service and they said that my rear suspension needed a lot of work as there was excessive play in all sorts of the different parts about £3000 or so, so I explain to them my car was still under warranty and I sent it to the Dealership that we bought it from they didn’t believe national tires on their Halfords vehicle health report and advise me to get a MOT done that would give definitive proof, I did also show the mot garage the report so he knew where to take a good extra look at. had the MOT done and all it failed on was needing new brake pads and one of my rear calipers had come loose, and no Advisories, Took it to them today to have my tracking done as I had new tires put on they were the only place within distance and availability and all of a sudden my front suspension now needs work but it’s weird how I know for a fact my rear suspension had not been touched since they had last inspected it and there was nothing wrong with it this time so after taking my car to another garage and standing with them whilst they inspected this so-called suspension problem turns out there’s nothing wrong. The one thing the other garage had pointed out that the parts they said had issues did look relatively new, we’ve only owned this car for about 10 months, so whoever previously owned it had the work done, what I would like to know is whether they were just going to clean them up to look new and say that they have fitted a new ones. And try to con me. As it’s ironic how a rear suspension problem can disappear over four months with no work being done and also the front suspension problem disappearing within two hours again with no work being done
These are a great bunch of lads, an amazingly helpful, friendly team, I've worked in the industry myself and know its hard to find a place you can trust and feel at ease with, we'll this place is definitely that place, the Bobby bonus is the prices are incredibly reasonable too, I will definitely use again 5* for these guys
I've used this National Tyres branch a few times, and my experience has been very positive. The staff are highly efficient and I've never had any issues with their work or service. I'll continue to use them when needed.
Booked my car in for Saturday afternoon and totally forgot due to running several errands and only realised at 630pm. Called them up first thing Monday morning and explained my error and Ben was super helpful and said no problem bring it in this afternoon. Turned up left it with them and they did all 4 tyres and called me back to say they were done. All the guys in there were fantastic, a credit to the company. Would highly recommend.
Had break pads and break discs done today, great customer service all friendly guys. Had a few jobs done over the years wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest. Cheers lads. The Hollinshead-Jackson Family
