   very disappointed, booked a M.O. T for 08:45, today at no point was I told that no leeway with few minutes late, I arrived at reception at 08:51 and was rudely told too late missed it and not really interested to help, told another appointment at 16:15 or on a different day, I decided if there is this attitude at the start, i would prefer not to use so left and have booked with somewhere else. To add, their clock was about 5 minutes fast and showed 08:55, so i sensed even if I showed up at 08:45 they would of claimed I was late, great for them they can be that fussy and lose customers

   Had major problems with these guys at first (Lee), leaving my van dangerous to drive! I spent a lot on having the handbrake completely renewed from front cable to the shoes. After paying & getting my van back, I parked on hill to find my handbrake didn't work & rolled forward. So dangerous. I took it back to have a look & they charged me to adjust it!! Soon after I took it in for brakes & they've done a good job for the money
