I Booked a time slot for MOT which was mostly kept to time, in the past I have drop at stated time & had to wait all day, which has made me not use Halfords for a couple of years, but im glad I Give them another chance MOT boot for 0920 was Done for 1040 very friendly ; helpful staff, Brilliant.

Booked for MOT as I'd left it too late for my local garage. Was pleasantly surprised, my car failed but on something I missed before putting it in for MOT. They suggested I just do the minor fix myself to avoid them having to change labour for a tiny job. Which is great service and installs trust. But I then found I didnt have tools at home to do it before re-test.... they only did the fix for free and passed its retest. Legends. National name brand/local friendly service. Will use again.
I had 4 tyres fitted this morning. Emily is a brilliant ambassador for the company, nothing was too much trouble, she got me the best deal possible and advised which brand of tyre would be best for me , mileage wise. I thought I would just give credit when it’s due. BTW I don’t give reviews normally.
Always great customer service, giving updates throughout repair/service. Added bonus is the Motoring Club discount which is really good value for £40 giving free MOT and discount off any work/parts or anything purchased from any of their branches, what's not to like.

Avoid! The customer service is non existent! They canceled my appointment which had been booked for over a week no phone call, no apology just were too busy, need to polish up in their customer relation skills! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!!
I brought my car to fixed the steering wheel problem and the ABS sensor problem. They said the problems can be fixed in few hours. However I didn't get their phone call at the end of days, I went to the garage to see if I can collect my car. When I arrived, the car still parked at the same position where I parked at the morning. And then they said I could collect it without any charges. It was because they didn't do anything to fix its problem!!! I wasted a whole day and my car still had problems!! I needed to go to another garage to fix it. I will not go to this garage anymore! And I don't recommend any one to using Halford service. I gave it 1 star because I had to give a star. It actually don't worth any star at all!!!
They haven't finished sorting my van yet but once they had all the info they needed that the AA wouldn't give them even though I said too, they have been really good and squared me right away. If the van gets back on the road soon, then I may amend this to 5 stars. I was very sceptical about using them because I have had a nightmare with the Halfords bike side in the past but these guys seem really good.
