So i understand that is a new place and maybe some workers never did this before, but slapping my food on the counter in a broken bag with missing items is terrible, when i mentioned that 3 portions of fries are missing the guy just looked confused at me without exchanging one word, the tacos are not properly filled, and the grated cheese wasnβt even melted. One of the tacos was for my son and had some items removed from it when ordering yet once received they didnβt follow the instructions. Workers need proper training and possibly a positive attitude towards customers and the work place in general.

3/10 experience, do better. Took too long and itβs 80% carbs. Like donβt get wrong love me some carbs but this is just too much guys, protein is key. Very dry, please discover what the correct amount of sauce is thank you. Finally, music was either straight bangers or unsettling Christmas songs. Only made the wait longer.

Had sharing meal and for Β£15 it was good value, 4 burrito, 4 chips and 6 churros.5Β£3β Β£3 odd for drink. The employees looked fed up, they werenβt rude, they were doing their job but disinterested and wishing they were elsewhere. The food was decent and filled us up. We were hungry. Basic dining area. Toilet was not clean.

I stopped in here to get some lunch on a weekday break from the office. Itβs in a good location just next to the green and the tube/overground. The service was quick and it was easy to order via the touchscreens, although as it was quiet I could have ordered at the counter too. The portions are relatively small but the food was nice enough. It's American fast food, so don't expect authentic Mexican cuisine.

It's midnight on a Saturday and we've just come in and ordered. Our order number is 797 and the current number on the board is 759. There aren't enough staff and the place is an absolute tip. You couldn't dine in if you wanted to. Unfortunately, this is the same as my local Taco Bell so it seems to be a common problem. How hard is it to have one member of staff constantly tending to the seating area whilst having sufficient numbers to process orders? As always, Deliveroo and Uber Eats riders are flying in and out and getting into conflict with staff over waiting times. Disappointing all round. Hope the food is decent quality...

I go here a couple of times a month. Today I ordered 4 quesadilla cravings boxes and didnβt check my order before leaving as I never usually do and today it was very busy with all the Notting hill carnival goers. I got home and found two quesadillas missing. I had guests at home so couldnβt go back straight away. I went back and the manager on duty was great asked me what happened and gave me what was missing. 5 star food and 5 star customer service. Will definitely continue going here

I regularly eat at Taco Bell however at this branch the experience was different. The customer service was excellent, the tables were spotless & the restaurant was clean, I would give 5 stars for that but I had a problem with the food here. The fries & drink were good but the taco was poorly made, I ordered a beef taco and the quality of the beef was not good, it gave me food poisoning.
