We had a flat tyre on 23rd Dec. We were fitted in on Christmas Eve ahead of a long journey and thebsetvice was excellent. We were also very impressed with the price. Thank you.
Steven ,Annmarie ,Andy and the rest of the team are great, always able to fit me in when is right for me ,even last minute and great customer service 11/10 without ripping you off, I saved over £300 last week on a service I thought I needed but didn't . Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else...been going to National Tyres Urmston long before I could even drive as my dad also takes his there and before being part of Halfords.
The battery on my car was flat and I phoned up to see if they could fit my car in, the staff were so helpful and were able to get me in the same day! The staff are lovely and friendly and would definitely recommend! Thank you so much for your help ☺️
Booked my first MOT here and it was a very smooth process, everyone was professional and helpful. Feels like a very fair garage that provides good advice and doesn’t try to add costs unnecessarily. I’ll definitely come here again for my next MOT, or if my car needs any work doing sooner!
Excellent garage, staff are superb! The lady that did my classic car MOT was excellent, really knew her stuff and explained each step , the reasoning and standards required. This may be a national brand but the staff here have a personal approach to customer service and I can't recommend this garage enough. A+ experience!
My car recently had an emergency issue with the brakes and National Tyres Urmston responded immediately to help get both the problem fixed and tyres checked and changed - Steve and Ann Marie are always particularly helpful and accommodating even when very busy - I use them for all our car repairs services and Mots (using bathe vouchers) - trustworthy and highly recommended - thank you
Very poor service and knowledge from MOT tester. He refused to MOT my BMW Alpina saying it is an illegal vehicle because it has 2 VIN numbers. I rang DVSA who confirmed that my vehicle is allowed 2 VINs and Gov.co.uk website confirms that BMW Alpinas can have 2 VINS. Needs to update his knowledge regarding MOT guidelines.
Excellent and quick tyre fitting. I can forgive the fact that you put all 4 tyres to 36 psi when the front ones were supposed to be 33.
Just had a service and MOT. Really good experience. Extremely freindly and helpfull staff and at a reasonable price. From todays experience I would highly recommend them.
