   Love Fatface designs but the friendliest of hosts at the Hebden Bridge shop makes it my preferred site. They are always helpful and will help you find the right thing. Even returning goods is no problem with this small store. Despite the big corporate name, these ladies make you feel part of the local independent retailers. Love it!

   Just popped in to pick up something small with my daughter. Two assistants - blond haired girl, who was very polite and friendly. Brunette lady, who was quite sneery looking. Think this was due to the fact we were both in scruffy attire as we had been dog walking (not that this should matter one iota!). My daughter accidentally knocked something off a rack and a disapproving face promptly appeared from behind some jackets! Not sure if sneery lady thinks she is working somewhere far more glamorous than she actually is? And regardless, manners and acceptance should always be present. Well done to the younger girl for making up for her colleague’s short comings!

   Nice staff. Nice clothes. Not fully accessible by wheelchair but staff do help if they can. Prices are high, but that's what you pay in any fat face shop and the clothing is very well made and of really good comfy materials.
