   Gave two stars as the person was polite. However, this is not the garage to go to if you want your car repairing within the month. Every time I’ve called them it appears when they find out the problem they always state the obligatory 2/3 weeks. Managed to get it in Mossley where I shall be going in future for my servicing and non urgent repairs. Not that I think these guys would even care

   Left car for headlamp alignment this morning whilst I shopped at Tesco. Car was ready when I returned and would not charge me as it only took seconds to do job. Will recommend and use again. My grateful thanks.

   If it was possible I wouldn't even rate it 1 star. I am utterly disgusted and shocked at the treatment I received from this garage today. I’m a mobile carer and care for elderly and vulnerable service users. On the way to one of my calls I had a tire puncture a few minutes away from this garage. Thus, I went there to get my tire replaced and was told that they don’t have the tire and I will have to leave my car overnight which wasn’t feasible as I relied on my car to make it to the calls. I told them this and I arranged for a tire to be dropped off so all they had to do was fit it on for me. The individual tending to me was rude and had a hostile attitude. I walked to the service users homes and came back to the garage after a few hours and I was told that there are other people that came before me and I will have to wait longer. There wasn’t anyone else there that I could see as people had dropped their cars off and left them and considering a tire replacement doesn’t take long and it was a matter of urgency as I had to tend to vulnerable individuals which I couldn’t do without my car I did not appreciate the attitude and the way I was spoken to. I’m not sure as to why I was spoken to with an attitude and why you was being awkward with me. Also, I got charged double for one tire being fitted on I was shocked and upset but I didn’t bother saying anything as I was desperate as my service users needed me. The only reason I can think of is you wasn’t making much money from a tire replacement when the tire was already provided or due to me being a coloured woman. If you are a woman or you are coloured steer clear from this place as you will get taken advantage of and discriminated.
