    I recently visited Halfords Oldham for a repair check and was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. Kevin, the receptionist, displayed a complete lack of customer service. There was no warm welcome, and he seemed uninterested in addressing my issue. Despite the seriousness of the damage to my car, they were reluctant to take on the repair, citing concerns about having to keep the car in the garage. They kept emphasizing how extensive the work would be and how urgently it needed to be done. Instead of offering a solution, they suggested I go to another garage. I was willing to leave my car there as long as it got fixed, but their unwillingness to keep the car in the garage led them to refuse the job. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional, with extremely poor customer service.

    Firstly, always visit the Oldham Halfords depot, because their customer service etquiette is first class and on point. Indeed this time round Lewis and Stephen went above and beyond, and helped me understand how to manage my tyre threads going forward. Absolutely brilliant service.

    Having used the main dealership for years, It was about time to switch to a reliable alternative as the car is getting older, researched and found Halfords fulfilled all of the needs at the right price. Got an MOT, Service and new tyres combing the motoring club premium membership discounts and black friday sales. All worked out well, so will be moving all of my car services to Halfords including the breakdown cover when it is next up for renewal.

    After Inleft the car for services it starts shaking, no power and panel lights comes out! Absolutely rubish servise, they not interesting to sort it out, saying that car was with the problems when I drop it off. Not recommended at all.
