Fantastic service from the guys here. I called at 8.20 dropped the car off by 9 and had it back by 11:30 between Christmas and new year. Couldn’t fault them! Thank you.

Very disappointed in the poor service was told My car would be collected on Tuesday to then be told he hasn’t got time and he’ll collect it Thursday morning to then be told he’ll have to collect it Friday morning. After calling on the Friday morning and being told the car will be collected in 20 minutes to my surprise I called at 4 pm on Friday to ask about the car ? They wouldn’t answer the phone to me all day. I had to get my partner to call. To be told told they have not even collected the car. not even the decency to give me a call to explain the reason why Avoid not good, Service at all if you want your car fixed, go elsewhere
Never go here for anything. They will mess you about. They don't ring you back. Don't inform you of relevant info before you pay. Negative attitude, just no need for it. I took it for an MOT, they said they could do it, so I bring it, pay for it and they can't do the work it needed but told me to bring it back to get it re-MOT'd for free. I get it fixed but because its passed the 10 days they want to make me pay again, again never said a word of this. They made me believe they could do the work on it over the phone. So much messing about for absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money.
I didn’t write a review when I had my car mot and serviced here in July because it was not out of the ordinary, however today my car had burning smells and it was found to be a faulty oil filter the job was done within the hour under warranty no issues at all,,, very impressed with this place
Took my car for mot to n@p autos first ever time using the garage and it failed but fixed it next day just would like to say thank you for your service. Coustmer service is spot on and trusted them will be using them again. Highly recommended.
Recently had MOT, Service and needed work done. Helpfully the price was quoted before work was carried out and the repairs needed were explained. The service is professional, staff friendly and the pricing is reasonable. 3rd year in a row using this garage and not had a bad experience.
