Came in because I couldn't work out my sizing on the website. Ian was a pleasure to deal with, helped me find the right size for my disproportionate body and was very friendly in suggesting materials and styles I should go for. Great experience, I will be buying all my formal wear from CT from now on. The shirts are also wonderful quality.
Jess was exceptional, she supported us from the moment we walked in. Her product knowledge was great and she helped me find a shirt that was right for me.
Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful individual. From measurement to advice on cut and sizing the experience was perfect. Ian even steamed a shirt for me to wear straight to work which was the last one in stock but kindly ordered me more and had the sent to my office which arrived just a day and half later. It's the first time I've been to Charles tyrwhitt and I bought 2 merino wool jumpers the quality and fit is excellent and the price was very good.
