   Recently bought a suit and tie from the Leeds store and ended up finding a better tie elsewhere to match my suit. I went in to return the tie only with the paper receipt and was asked to provide my email address to process the return. I said that it was not necessary and that I would like a paper receipt for the return. They then told me that it is company policy that details are required to process a return and need my email address, phone number and full home address. After taking these they didn’t even refund the money straight onto my card and said it would be processed within 10 days automatically. This seemed completely unnecessary for an in store purchase to take so many of my personal details. I have since looked through the colonies terms and conditions and return policy information and nowhere does it say that any of this is required. However the store worker was adamant that they could not process the refund without this information. I would appreciate some clarity on this matter as I assume they only ask for this to gain some kind of commission for gathering customer information for marketing purposes.

   Absolutely shocking service from moss!! Refused to refund me on a a £70+ shirt that evri left on a door stop, The service is abismol! To refuse a refund on a parcel that the carrier left on someone’s doorstop is shocking. I’ve told so many people about this and i will continue to post this till the kingdom comes…. You jokers!!

   Had an appointment today and myself and my groomsmen were very disappointed. Not a great selection,no alterations and one very rude man with glasses and white hair served us. He should have stayed at home. We did however go to Slaters on Albion street and had a wonderful experience, free alterations and nothing was to much trouble. Andrew you need to go on a customer service course and learn some manners. This is not the first time your name has been mentioned in comments. Because of your attitude you lost the sale. Would not recommend this shop in Trinity leeds to anyone.

   Went in this morning to order a custom suit for my wedding and Jordan was really helpful and talked me through my options and showed me what was best and gave lots of selections to look through. Really personal experience and lots of fun had. Jordan was really professional and dealt with all my questions quickly and efficiently. I feel really happy with my experience at Moss Leeds and excited to see how my dinner suit turns out with them. Would recommend highly!!

   I was dreading my appointment to find a suit for my wedding - 4:15pm on a Saturday afternoon! But the experience couldn't have been better. We were helped by Charlotte, who was fantastic at giving us advice, getting different sizes, clearing away unwanted bits etc. She was also great at not being overbearing, leaving us to it and helping out when we looked a bit lost. 1 hour later and I've got a 3 piece suit, tie & pocket square - Huge thanks to Charlotte for all your help! If you're planning to go I'd recommend taking a shirt and shoes that you'll wear with the suit - it makes everything much easier.

   Visited store 12/11/22 and I was appalled by the blatant rudeness of the staff. Too busy talking among themselves to help customers, and when I did ask for assistance, I was met with an eye-roll. I had to ask for the assistant to go and check if an item size was in stock, after she told me “it probably wasn’t”. After another eye-roll, she went off to check and low and behold, it was in stock. The store was an absolute disgrace, with tried-on clothes left slung all over the place and very little activity from the store staff to rectify this. I most definitely won’t be attending again! I’m surprised this store remains open given the other - far better - options available in Leeds.

   Visited on 15/10/22 to try find a suit for my wedding next year. The store had a huge selection of suits to buy but not many for the hire section. The staff were very friendly but felt they were working with limited resources. I couldn’t try on a full suit as bits were missing and the shirt they gave me to try on stank of Body odour - nice. Turns out they also don’t hire waistcoats so in the end we just abandoned and left to a local independent shop where it was a 1 on 1 appointment and the stylist had 22 years of experience!
