Friendly staff, good selection and good quality. Staff allowed me time to browse and gave me explanations on the different types of products available.
There's no changing room which makes buying from here impossible - as many other reviews have been saying for a long time. Other stores in the Corn Exchange have changing rooms and this store is not lacking space.
Love this place… my absolute go to for men’s clothing. Simple exclusive design, excellent quality. Price is spot on.. never called in without purchasing a tee or a hoodie etc. staff are super friendly and helpful. RECOMMEND 5*

Went to look at products and purchase something similar to what we saw online, however we were heavily put off by the incredibly rude attitude of the woman working on the shop floor. We didn’t ask for her help to begin with and she showed nothing but disregard for customer service. Put off from returning and sharing positive views about the brand, probably wouldn’t visit the store again either, shame.
Owned a few items from them throughout the years and my reaction is, ‘another modern brand sticking labels on low quality, poorly made garments’. They do not release unique items but they do stick their logo on everything. MKI have a physical store but do not work up to their facade. I’m usually a cheerleader for homegrown brands but unfortunately they have really snobby staff. I have visited their boutique multiple times and the floor staff are triggered by shoppers unfolding their ‘for sale items’? The guy behind the counter overreacted as I skimmed through their products where he showed his irritation. They clearly believe they’re on the same tier as Burberry lol. I have received better customer service from Lidl and will defo not visit this place again unless I want my day ruined
I adore this place. I've bought a few things from here over the years and although they're not exactly the cheapest in town, the quality of the brand speaks for itself and it's unrecognisable enough to get comments (in my experience anyway). I'll be bereft if the place ever closes down, put it that way!
