I went in this evening to look for a new coat & the person behind the till got up & went to the door like I was some shoplifter. She didn't even ask if she could help me. Very disrespectful and now I wouldn't spend a penny in that shop. I'd give it -1 star if I could
Extremely friendly staff that know their way around the brand and how to help out a customer when they need it. Been in a few times and have always had a good chat with the staff that are in and they have made me feel welcome every time. Great range of clothing presented in the best way and it is always a pleasure to walk into.
Called in today with my son aged 15, he must have looked at every item (twice) bought a navy blue parka, the three members of staff a credit to the company, really helpful and engaging, definitely returning in the near future.
