   What separates a good garage from a great one can be as simple as customer care when things don’t go as planned. My car went in for a full service plus other work. Conceptually, this should have been straight-forward. However my car had other ideas, and the work proved to be a lot more involved and longer than initially expected. The challenges encountered were not the fault of the garage. Nemo’s worked diligently to identify and resolve all the issues, fixing things that only needed to be fixed. Pricing was good. I have no qualms about recommending Nemo’s!

   I found this garage by chance when I moved back to Hyde around 5 years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, especially as a female customer.The whole team have always been helpful and pleasant and I’ve seen many other local customers, leaving the garage seemingly happy. Sam and her team go over and above to be honest and transparent and to explain ( and even demonstrate) what the problem with a customer’s vehicle is / was. I also know that Sam and her family are very much a part of the local community and well liked and respected. Happy to support this local business.

   I rang Nemos enquiring about repairs on my car after a recommendation and they got back to me that same morning. Without any appointment they kindly allowed me to drop my car off so it was off my hands. Considering it was a very big job it was done fairly quickly and Sam who is very lovely kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend this garage , they are honest and thorough with the work they carry out. Thank you and I will be returning for future repairs :)

   Wow what a find! And to hear that nemos Garage has always been a part of Hyde and hopefully always will be! I had tried several other garages only to be told would have to call back another time and don't know what your problem could be and even waiting in a reception to be ignored! To ringing nemos to be met with a kind pleasant positive response and a possible immediate opportunity to look at my car and problem! The garage is very smart and run very smartly clean and welcoming! The work on my car was done by the knowledgeable staff and other problems sorted too! Will definitely be going back there!
