   When they damage your nice shiney chrome lip wheels putting provided tyres on and you get told "it's just the way it is" so I've payed to have someone damage my stuff and not even apologize. Don't bother with this place, just go just up or down the road a bit and see anyone else

   My car was out of screenwash during the MOT, so the service centre filled it up and charged me £1 for "Screenwash" on the invoice. I discovered after that they had filled it up with just water. We've had freezing temperatures and had i not spotted this early on, it very possibly would have frozen in my screenwash tank. Had it not frozen in the tank, it could have frozen on my screen as I used it whilst driving, hindering my ability to see out of the window and potentially cause a car accident. This is a really dangerous thing to do, especially without advising me that they'd done this. I am happy to provide further details so that retraining can be given to staff where needed, as this could cause a potentially fatal accident. UPDATE on 10/03/25: Hi, i don't seem to be able to reply to your response, so editing this original message. The service was in Oct last year and it was a Seat Ibiza. I have also attached a photo of the invoice with the garage address and the charge for screenwash. Thanks, UPDATE on 17/03/25 Yes, i had a service AND MOT with you. Regardless of which service the "screenwash" was added for, i think you are missing my point. The issue is that you charged for screenwash, which was in fact just water, which is dishonest and potentially dangerous. I am purely feeding this back so you can look into the root cause and stop that happening again. I've given you the feedback and all the details you've asked for, so all the best with sorting that issue out I will also add that i was happy with all the other parts of the service and MOT, i was just a bit shocked that water had been added instead of screenwash as charged, hence the 2 star. I would have given a much higher review were it not for that one factor, which seems like it is something that can be easily fixed.

   Did a full service, CV joint and 2 x new tyres. Very happy with the service. They did change me a bulb (main headlight) but it blew again they advised suspect wiring issue. No problem these things happen will get it in for brakes and bulb issue soon, have asked for a quote. Very happy with your service so far thank you, kind regards Gaz - reasonable price and quality work (and friendly staff). Just recently my acceleration pedal went on my connect not only did they sort in good time at a fair price last minute they also allowed me to lock up my van OOH and they assisted me greatly with this thank you so much once again for sorting.

   Fantastic service. Called this morning for air-con regas and told to pop in which I did. As I drove up greeted by a smile and 15 minutes later, after paying, drove off in an ice cold car. Garage looked busy and tidy - they're obviously doing something right. Thanks guys you made my day.

   Got a second opinion off the lads here having been quoted £250 off Kwik Fit for work that they said needed doing. Absolutely nothing wrong with my car!!!! Glossop service centre had it up on the ramp checked both sides of my car where the said problem was supposed to be and its completely fine. No charge for checking it!!!! But have now got a new customer in future thanks Glossop Service Centre
