   At around 9 pm I filled wrong fuel in my car and was on a busy A road My breakdown Cover Booked Wrong Fuel Assistance Ltd, as i put wrong fuel in my vehicle and was stuck on busy A road. They agreed to come in 3 hour, after 30 minutes i don't want to miss their call took their number from breakdown and contacted their agent who was assigned to help me. He agreed to come after a job which is 1 and half hour away, so i waited for them in the vehicle in cold , after 2 hour my breakdown called me to inform that their technician is not coming and wrong fuel assistance ltd. So i called the technician he said there traffic in motor that is why they canceled it Which was Very unprofessional and their profile says are open 24 hours. Breakdown count find someone else as it was midnight, and my Car stuck on a unsafe busy road I lost over 2 & half hours waiting for them in the cold weather wont recommend them.

   I recently put the wrong fuel in my car and called wrong fuel assistance ltd, they were really busy so the wait was a few hours. The guy i spoke to was so kind and helpful even advising me to call around and letting me know the ballpark of what i should be expecting to be quoted and overall just extremely friendly and support in a very stressful time. I did find someone else who was able to come out a bit quicker, but i will definitely be using these guys for their other services when i need it. (just hopefully not wrong fuel).

   After filling his BMW bike with diesel, we had to call for help, and along came our knight in shining armour, arriving within the 30 minutes, the tank was drained and refilled with the correct fuel. What was a bad situation was made bearable because our knight was friendly, helpful and we had lots of laughs, his boss should be very proud of him (he didn't pay us to say that) Thanks for your help.
