Good overall customer service. Was looked after by Dan who was easy to deal with. Took the car back under warranty for a simple repair but the repair although done is cosmetically poor and done low budget. I don’t think I’d use them again based on this.
Katie was lovely and pleasant and ensured I was kept supplied with hot chocolates whilst waiting for my car to be completed :-)
The motability salesman Wesley was absolutely fantastic. He answered all of the family's questions and was very thorough with helping us choose the right car. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good enough experience acquiring a car from Stoneacre Hyde. A bit of a hiccup in relation to the delivery time / service checks, but the car was delivered in a great state at the end. Max was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout. He also recommended a car that I would never have picked by myself and turned out to be a great choice. Dillon was awesome, too. Liam has always worked really hard to get us a good deal. Really personable, professional and even a great dog sitter whilst we went for a test drive.
