   Massive "thank you!" to the chap at Kwik Fit - Hyde who got my daughter on her way today, after she'd got a flat due to the failings of another garage when fitting her two new rear tyres. This was her 1st longer journey after passing her test, 1st time having to deal with a car issue & 1st time asking for help (which can be daunting). She said he was really nice & helpful & as a parent, I'm really reassured that there are trustworthy places who will help a new young driver get on their way. Top marks, thank you!

   My wife Kathryn was having problems with tyres, pressure on her Mini. We are both Pensioners & needed the car urgently. She visited the Hyde branch & was dealt with brilliantly by Kevin who as always was very helpful, patient, professional & customer focused. In fact all the lads are excellent, they go the extra mile.    What a great and helpful team at the Hyde branch! I got a piece of metal stuck in my tyre today while driving. Even though they were really busy, they said they’d fit me in when they could to look at the tyre — and they did! They changed the tyre quickly and were absolutely fantastic throughout. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

   I needed a new tyre (emergency) and had only 15 minutes to go to my shift. In my mind, it supposed to take half an hour or so to sort it out. After explaining my situation they were like “say no more” “we have got you”. And then, within 4 minutes the new tyre was fitted. Amazing!!! I thanked the guy for being very quick about it and he said “no problem, we are Kwik Fit”. Proper Legends!

   Used this place for services and mots for at least 10 years and several cars with no problem. I will never use them again. Was told to go elsewhere to get something fixed on mot that they don't cover...fair enough...however it also had a critical brake failure (a do not drive failure) which they refused to fix & i do drive away in a dangerous car. Responses to my complaint have ranged from tall tales to outright lies. I will never trust kwik fit again.

   Staff were very efficient and friendly. I made an error in that I thought on the Monday I was getting tires changed on the drive. However, this should have been in Hyde branch. When I called branch directly on the Monday the staff on site advised that they would fit me in between planned jobs as they could with the what they had planned (although this was not an expectation) or if better to call the call centre number for an alternative slot. As it was my error - I felt best to book another slot with the call centre. I went to Hyde branch on the Tuesday ( a new slot) and they were really friendly and quick on turning around the job. Also, very kind to say that this can be a common error made despite the fault being with me. Thank you team Hyde ! Very professional!!

   I usually take my car for service here and the guys a professional, quick and helpful. Recently had an issue with my rear screenwash and they agreed to do a huge favour to squeeze me into their busy schedule and issue was fixed within no time.
