Arrived without booking after puncture that needed AA to change wheel for the spare (we actually have one!). Surprised to find they had the exact tyre in stock. It was fitted within 30 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service or pleasanter staff.
Had an issue with a tyre valve when pumping up at garage while getting fuel. Popped in kwikfit and was on my way 10 mins later. Superb friendly service. (Even got some cool scissor lifts)

Puncture as we were about to set off on a longish journey, potential disaster. But the service at this Kwik Fit took the drama away. Pleasant welcome, yes we can do it, just sit here and wait. Simply couldn't have been better. Washers topped up as well. Waiting area fine, everywhere very clean. Potential crisis resolved. Thank you.
Called in on Monday with a strange noise coming from the exhaust. They found the fault but had to order the part but booked my car in for the repair next day. Went on Tuesday and it was extremely busy so I arranged to call back later which I did. My car was repaired really quickly and the staff were polite and very helpful. My only complaint isn’t directed at the staff at the depot but to management the premises are far to busy for the number of staff. They are expected to answer the phone and deal with the queries on that. The phone was none stop ringing but the staff answered politely every time. There was also a constant flow of customers attending asking questions and wanting work done. There isnt enough hours in the day for the lads in garage at the very least a member of staff is required to answer telephone enquiries if nothing else. Making the staff do to many jobs will lead to mistakes which in the tyre industry could have serious repercussions. The staff on the day were great and can’t be faulted but there needs to be more of them.
Forgot what good customer service was until going to Quick Fit Oldham. Adge ( sorry re spelling) and Gareth where great. Booked car in on Sunday to take Monday for two punctures. Arrived early but they saw me straight away. Inspected tyres and great news told me they could both be repaired. In and out in an hour for 2 tyres. What a result. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.
