I got a puncture on my vehicle and despite the short notice I was able to bring my vehicle in and get it fixed. All 3 members of staff were friendly, polite, informed me of what was needed and got my tyre fixed quickly.
Perfect service as ever from the team who used to be based in Urmston garage. Friendly and excellent quality - and a great price too after a local independent tried to rip me off! Also took time to help me find my import car on their tracking system! Top lads and proof that the big brands can still be trusted.
Awful experience. Arrived at 4.22pm for a 4.30pm appointment. Was "greeted" by staff member with "is It Mrs Smith? If so you're late!" Apparently I'm supposed to be a mind reader and know that if I book an appointment for 4.30pm then I need to arrive at 4pm as it takes an hour to re-gas an aircon unit. When I asked why the system had allowed me to book the appointment, I got a shrug and "you're not the first to have this problem and you won't be the last". When I asked why they hadn't rung me earlier to tell me, I was told that they'd been busy all day so hadn't had time! Absolute joke, would highly not recommend.
I can accept they are short staffed, I accept they are very busy, and the work cannot be done in a time frame that suits me. What I cannot a accept is entering the reception area as required, then for 10 minutes to pass without any acknowledgement, or to be told its going to be 10, 20 minutes before you can be seen, when eventually someone appeared it was just to replace his gloves and was certainly going to ignore me avoiding eye contact, however I asked him if it wouldn't be too much for someone to help me, which he did, and then obviously I can make a choice now, which I couldn't until I was seen, its simply rude! Next time just tell someone straight away you are far too busy and cannot be seen, instead of being left in limbo. I'm not knocking ATS, I have had some great service in the past, and would still recommend them.
Amazing service, turned up two minutes before closing, staff ready to go home, but they still sorted me a new tyre. Absolutely amazing and can’t fault anything. Thank you so much
I spent over 500 pounds on new tyres, they told me tracking rods were sized which they weren’t he actually slipped and damage the nut (but that is fine ) when I went in to have a look told me I was not allowed there so he pull my car out to the front and gave me the keys,card machine was not even letting put the pin into machine , and then got told my card was not working neither, treating me like a thief and saying he was gonna call the police, when I said to him I was going to cash machine, then told me to give him the keys so he could take them back out and put my old tyres back on. Not profesional they put kids to work that don’t have idea of what is doing. Rude and unprofessional. As soon as I paid i got my key back, when I went to change my “size” rods I seen the bit damaged by the ats staff when I went back got told that’s fine and didn’t want to have a conversation with me. Been going there with few different cars not worth their word
The opening times are unfortunately quite difficult to get around - They aren't even open on Saturday up to mid day, like the banks are.. Thankfully I wasn't at work on that day anyway Other than that, fantastic service, and they were reasonably quick. I got my car regassed from here, along with an anti bacterial clean, and they did a pretty decent job It's only been knocked down a star due to opening times. The staff were faultless, and the service was decent
Went in for a 4 wheel computer alignment and was told i needed over £400 of work done to replace 2 track rod ends and 2 tie rod ends (which I'm pretty sure are the same thing?) I went to my indie specialist who said nothing needed replacing. took the car to kwik fit for my alignment and they sorted it no problem. I asked ATS for a quote for the work saying that it was needed and all i got was this card. Don't know if they were trying to fob me off as a woman (Like many mechanics do) but they're honestly not worth the hassle
I brought my car in for a puncture repair and they were able to fit me in no problem. The process was fast and efficient, they treated my car well too. Good customer service and a good price to boot.
