Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Come in 3:00, shop was packed, had my car sorted and out the door 3:30. All thanks to Kane for sorting me out and quickly too, he was helpful and efficient. Super lad and super service.
I had a puncture and following advice from roadside assistance, I got my tyre checked out by Kwik Fit. I was acknowledged and greeted pretty much straight away. The team were able to permanently fix my tyre and I was on the road within 40 mins. Despite it being busy, I felt I was very well looked after and was very grateful for the speediness of the service so I could carry on my journey to Liverpool Airport.
We took my daughter's old Fiat Panda in as it had an exhaust problem. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us a good (honest) quote for the work and we booked it in. Their communication was excellent. Highly recommended and we will definitely go there again. Thanks!
My car is mobility car, I had two tyre puncture, they didn’t have my size available, I had to leave my car in there for a day, and when I went back in there to pick up my car in the morning, the car was done but it wasn’t clean as I expected and when I asked the guy, why is it mess on the tire? How come you guys didn’t clean it. He told me that they are not a cleaner. They just fit the tyre for me and let me off with those mess.
Tony and Shak (general manager) are absolutely wonderful people, and very knowledgeable on cars. They helped me with a transmission issue on an Audi Q5, and printed fault codes to help me understand the problems. These guys are gems - honest and good people. Thank you
Brilliant service received from Ollie. He went out of his way to accommodate my request for swapping wheels over from front to back. Tyre price was very reasonable for a quality business like Kwik Fit. In the past I’ve had to pay anything between £5-£10 to get this done. Would recommend and use again in the future
My car had previously visited 2 other mechanical garages and neither of them detected the issues my car was suffering with. Major work was required. Kwik fit diagnosed these issues within minutes and took due care in repairing/replacing these items. Incredibly friendly staff and service. My new mechanical garage after this excellent experience. Always used this place when needed. I had to go in this morning as one of the tires was losing pressure. I was seen straight away and it was fixed in no time. Staff were very friendly and informative. Will happily continue to use as and when needed. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
The staff at the Bury New Road, Manchester branch were very friendly and approachable. I drove in there on the day (Saturday) without an appointment because of this rattling sound coming from the wheel on the driver’s side. I was expecting to be told to come back another day due to not having an appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when the staff put my car on the ramp and were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my car, and gave me a quote immediately. The issue with my car was sorted in about 45 mins which I was most grateful for, as nothing beats driving your car with peace of mind and not worrying the wheels will fall off.
Amazing service given by the manager Andrei and his colleagues Conor and Kane. I made a journey from Glasgow to Manchester and noticed my tyre pressure sensor was not working. The guys managed to find the broken sensor and replace for me. Knowledgable staff, friendly and efficient service. Happy customer!
