Can't fault them. Great service. All quotes and work done within timings they said. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Didn't have to park on the street. Friendly staff and thorough service. A little bit more expensive than I normally pay but happy to. They were clear on the charges upfront! I feel as though I can trust the overall service.
Absolutely the best garage around. Had quite a few problems with 2 cars. Both of them were done to a ridiculously high standard. They aren’t the cheapest garage you’ll find in Oldham but I’d genuinely say they are the best around.
Recovered by the RAC and brought here best thing, the RAC have done for me. Van was straight in no messing around fixed within 20 mins and good as new again. Friendly staff all round.
Dropped in on the off chance as something had dropped off the bottom of my car and was dragging on the road. I was welcomed straight in and into the ramp, where the car was fixed immediately. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to the foreman and staff for a great service. I really appreciate and have no qualms in awarding this 5 star review On another note, the toilets were very clean too, and the waiting room looked warm and comfortable. Thank you again
Just had our MOT done here for one of our BMWs and can honestly say they are one of the best garages around. Really friendly service who kept us upto date throughout the process. The price was amazing and was probably one of the lowest prices we have paid for an MOT. I guess we always used the wrong garage until now. But really pleased with the service and the customer service is second to none. Keep up the great work and we will be back next month with our other car as this is due it’s MOT.
Got my brakes changed here. Was somehow 4 other faults they found none of which mercedes had found 3 weeks earlier at a service?? Lll. All issues that were found were ‘fixed’ at an extremely expensive rate in. Comparison to other indie garages when i said i dont want the work doing i was told its been done and ‘you wont get your keys till you pay mate’. AVOID at all costs this garage will look for every way possible to squeeze your pockets
Brought a family members car to Prescott's garage for a number of repairs and was extremely pleased with 1, the price and 2, and most importantly the service we received, ALL of the staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly, they literally go out of their way to help you. As someone who used to work as a mechanic i always use Prescott's for my MOT as they are without a doubt the fairest testers in the area. Please note; I said fair which means they will test your vehicle properly and not cut any corners, and if it fails it's for a good reason. They are extremely trustworthy in the work they do and I can't recommend them highly enough.
