Thanks to Helder, I've had a memorable few visits to this boss store over the last few weeks. Can only give him praise. I went to buy a wedding suit and he was right on hand to help. I don't have a lot of experience with suit shopping but he was patient with me and happy to show us the styles of suits and what you'd generally wear them for. He went above and beyond and gave some tips on how to style the suit. Great sense of humour and a great guy. Made my wedding suit shopping thoroughly enjoyable. He deserves a promotion or two because he truly knows how to provide excellent customer service. A great asset to this store, I hope the store treats him well. Thanks for your help Helder.
Helder is an absolute superstar! If you’re in the market for a suit, make sure you find Helder first. I came in looking for a suit for my wedding, and he made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He offered a great selection of stylish, relevant options and even suggested choices that saved me both money and my marriage! Hands down, this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Absolutely exceptional customer service. I couldn't find the item I wanted online so I called the nearest store to see if they had it in stock. The lady I spoke to on the phone (Eve) confirmed they had it and went above and beyond to make sure it was the right item. I paid easily online and the top arrived with me via post two days after the phone call. Probably one of the best shopping experiences I've had, so next time my partner wants to visit Boss I'm telling him we're off to Leeds :D

Had an amazing time at the Hugo Boss store. The employees, especially Kevin, was very nice, welcoming and very helpful. He helped us and answered all our queries and made our shopping experience much better. I would like to thank Kevin for the care he showed.

I cant remember the person i was served by. I am quite happy to say i was pleasantly surprised with the customer services. The gentleman gave me advice on suits and showed me they had in stock upstairs. He then later went to show me how to really look good. I must say he gave some gentlemans tip on really being suited and booted, to be fully kitted out via Hugo Boss wasnt such a bad idea. Thank you sir. If i do remember your name or see you again i will come back re-edit this review by mentioning you.
