   Bought a Belstaff Sweatshirt from accent Clothing arrived in good time the trouble started when I returned it. Between Accent and Royal mail the shipment has been lost accent are refusing to refund even though I had proof of postage and a tracking number as proof contacted Royal mail who said all accent had to do was contact them and they would reimburse them. Accent have so far refused AVOID THEM.

   I shop almost exclusively online as I just find it more time efficient. I've seen some bad reviews here about people's experience but I can honestly say that hasn't been my experience. Great range of clothes, and really cool styles. I had to contact them regarding items to return as I float between sizes and they were very helpful and understanding. Returns process worked well. Would defo recommend!

   Since complaining, they have sent the money back. ORIGINAL POST: After seeing the great reviews on trustpilot, I decided to buy 3 items from them. I ended up only keeping 1, because the other two didn’t really fit how I expected. I’ve sent the items back on the 21st of August and the items have not yet been processed and I have not received my money back. I’ve emailed a few times and received vague messages about how they’ll “check with the warehouse”, but no follow-up. It’s really disappointing because I’d definitely would’ve become an ongoing customer for them if I didn’t have this bad returns experience.

   Awful customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes in preparation for a holiday and allowed for plenty of time for delivery. Unfortunately Accent Clothing did not dispatch according to their advertised timeline and I did not receive the shoes in time. While waiting for the shoes, I emailed them to ask why the dispatch had not occurred yet but they did not respond to any of my emails nor did they pick up their phone. The shoes finally arrived while I was on holiday. I emailed to voice my dissatisfaction but no one bothered to respond.

   Wow - so refreshing - amazing customer service. I ordered online and mistakenly didn’t pick next day delivery. Rachel sorted it all out for me. So nice to get a human, and one who appreciates the importance of customer service, who actually answers the phone. Clothes perfect, service was 5 ⭐️

   Amazing customer service from Rachel P. I needed help with returning & exchanging a order as I’d ordered a size too small and Rachel emailed me straight back from the info@ email address she also sent me a new barcode as the original one I had didn’t work then she helped me identify where I needed to go to return my package. (Im not very savvy in that department) she was patient, kind & very efficient in getting back to me. She went above and beyond. If only everywhere had this level of customer service! Thank you, I will definitely be ordering again!
