Brought vehicle on Saturday morning for wiper linkage replacement. Accommodated me in promptly. Ali was fantastic, I got the wrong replacement part - was slightly different despite MK5 model, Ali managed to adjust old linkage and use new motor with it. Very professional and considerate!
A concerning and dishonest experience at Sina Auto I went to Sina Auto based on a recommendation, but I had an extremely concerning experience. I took my car in for an issue, which the garage seemed to fix. That said, at the beginning of the service, the mechanic inspected the car and tyres and made no mention of any problems in relation to them. It was only when I picked up the car at the end that a tyre issue was brought to my attention. I now have strong reason to believe that one of my tyres was SWAPPED with a significantly worn one that would need replacing asap, without my knowledge or consent. This is particularly troubling because I took a photo of the tyre that was replaced a day prior, and it seemed in good condition. My car was also checked by two separate mechanics, one just a day before my visit and another a week prior, and both confirmed my tyres were in good/brilliant condition. The dishonesty and LACK of integrity from this garage are completely unacceptable. I would urge everyone to be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS!
I visited Sina Auto Repairs today for a second opinion on my car due to Arnold Clarke not servicing my car correctly and have had problems over the weekend with warning lights about my engine/oil luckily I know Bestun who is known to be the best mechanic in Manchester area so I got in contact the night before and straight away he got me to come by the following day. So I travalled from Northwich and what can I say he was extremely professional he talked me through everything and explained the jobs he was doing and why. He covered alot of issues that Arnold Clarke hasn't done what supposed to be done on the services for the car. He was very efficient and clearly has a passion in what he does. Bestun is very straight to the point and is very genuine when it comes to his customer service skills. I can't highly recommend him enough. Moving forward I will be bringing my custom to this garage. Great staff and overall experience
Worst garage I’ve ever been to. Diagnosed a minor issue that they ‘repaired’. (Car had a major gear box issue). Said a tyre also needed changing. The way they parked the car meant I couldn’t see the front wheel. Got it home and noticed the centre cap in the alloy was missing and the wheel was far dirtier than when it went in. Cleaned away the dirt they’d covered it in to find the alloy was damaged all the way round.
Very Bad experience these brother very rood and unrespect people, they didn't replaced suspension part to fix the fault. I been to complain they never accept any complain and try to shout be ware these are really scammer, no customer service attitude at all, I will never use them again no way

Went the extra mile to fit me in to replace a tyre and repair brakes on a Saturday when I broke down locally. A good samaritan in my moment of need.
Been using this garage for 15 years. Always happy. These guys are intelligent, know their stuff, NO rip off and most importantly they are very respectful and caring. Oh and their tea is very nice.
These brothers are so friendly and as I have got you can trust them completely because they use the best qualities of parts which cars need. I gonna be their costumer for the rest of my life.
