    This review should be less stars, as I ordered a suit nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. This was no fault of skopes, they dispatched the next day and fedex have failed to deliver everyday since. After contacting them with the issue, Georgina Kelly was incredibly helpful assisting me with trying to sort out the delivery issue. She was very professional and I couldn't fault any of their customer service. I have since ordered a replacement of the suit, purely based on my experience with the customer service. Thanks again Georgina!!

    Order for two pairs arrived short of one pair of trousers due to being out of stock despite showing as available when I ordered . Refunded for the missing item immediately after my phone call to see what was happening . But wonder what would have happened if I had not phoned. overloaded due to Covid I expect, so forgiven.. I have no issue with Skopes products.

    I bought a suit and tie from this Skopes store around three months ago. It was brilliant for the first month but the stitching in the back of the tie started to come away after two months e.g the tie is falling apart and the suit’s stitching is fraying meaning the hems are separating. I cannot stress how much this store does not give you quality for the amount of money you spend. You’d be better off getting a suit from next, at least they stay together!
