Unbelievable service. Had a puncture near by without a jack. Helped us immediately and put the spare on without charge. Obviously a garage run by good trust worthy humans. Highly recommend.
I have used BTC for about 3 years now to do my car's MOT, service and repairs, they always do a brilliant job and are reasonable priced. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good garage.
These guys are super helpful! Very informative, they take time to explain and answer questions. MOT was done while I waited and I was able to watch the whole process on a screen. Great garage.

Great family firm that have been looking after our cars and vans for years and now my sons also use it. Competitive prices and quality repairs and with the addition of an MOT bay you can have all the work done under one roof.
This garage is not up to scratch. Went in to garage with water leak - not found, had to find at home my self which I did easily enough. Car went in for service. Oil marks left all over the seat and door had to clean. Dads car went in for noise with shocks. Had to go back 3 times before it was sorted. Car went in for blatant chain sound / issue to be diagnosed. Another part fixed when not asked to and got told no chain sound. Start car up, blatant chain sound. Having to find another garage now. Gutted Things must be going down hill here.

They're incredibly busy, perhaps not the cheapest. But when you pick your car up you know it's fixed. Experienced mechanics for sure.
BTC were recommended by a friend after I was let down and lost confidence in the main dealer who had serviced and repaired my Skoda Fabia for several years. They may not have the fancy frontage and free coffe but I found them efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They repaired my car at a fair price, alot less than the main dealer quoted and on time. I may have to travel a few more miles but they will be the first place I will go to for future work on my car.
