Used for my works van job has always been well done not very quick and don't know about what they charge but the job has always been good.
Super expensive, not worth it in my opinion. Could've gotten better for far cheaper elsewhere. And I must add, David is absolutely terrible with customers. Very rude and has zero customer service skills. He won't listen and keeps talking over others.
Hyundai recommended Sapphire garage to me. During my first telephone contact they were very helpful and arranged with me to assess my car and formulate a plan which Carlo did the next day. Carlo was extremely helpful and assisted us through the process of getting approval from the at fault party's insurance. He kept me up to date at all times by phone and email. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and again communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. All of the staff were professional and friendly at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
Had a technical fault with my car and Carlo and the team at Sapphire Garage sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and why, which I really appreciated. The level of service was fantastic – the issue was fixed promptly, the price was very reasonable, and they even valeted my car and topped up the windscreen washer fluid! It’s clear they go the extra mile for their customers. I’d definitely recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else for any car needs in the future. Thanks again!
Excellent service. My wife’s Abarth had a problem with its side skirt beginning to detach. Carlos and Tasha got it in and fixed the same day. Side skirt now looks as good as new. Everyone happy. Thumbs up.
After having an incident with a HGV the owners were insured and used this company to repair my vehicle. Sapphire garage were courtious, professional and repaired the vehicle to a high standard. They were easy to speak to if there were any concerns and sorted any problems out within a few days. They were always in contact as to the progression of the repair and you booked a day and time to collect your vehicle. When it was ready they showed you around the vehicle and made sure you were satisfied with the repair before you left.

Used Sapphire to have my car repaired after an accident. The service from start to finish was second to non, the initial phone call discussing required work prior to the car being dropped off answered all my questions. Dropped the vehicle off and all staff were welcoming and helpful, handing it over was seamless. I was kept up to date with how the work was going and when the vehicle would be ready. The standard of work was exceptional, the repair was to the rear of my car and would never know it was repaired. Paint matching and repair to the bodywork was perfect. Would highly recommend using Sapphire for any vehicle repair needs!
After my insurance company failed to repair my vehicle for 6 months, I was told to find a bodyshop myself. I was recommended to try Sapphire. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing in both communication, vehicle repair and sorting out the mess of my insurance company. The repair shop is spotless, looking better than most prestige dealerships. My car was repaired very well and washed ready to collect.
