    I have used ATS Little Hulton branch recently & on several occasions over the past couple of years. This is my go to garage now; the customer service is 5*. I can’t say enough good things about the team here. They are always helpful, accommodating, honest & polite even when dealing with rude customers.

    Found I had a slow puncture with a screw stuck in my front passenger tyre, I nipped to ATS little hulton with the intention of booking an appointment, only 2 staff one being and it was a Saturday afternoon. They managed to fit me in and completed the job with 30-35 mins, really really pleased with the service. Will definitely be going there again

    Staff were very friendly, had a good chat with the lads and they changed all 4 of my tyres and even did the alignment. All in a reasonable time. Happy with James and the lads at the local branch and will be using again for sure.

    Called in here after trying Formula One down the road. Formula One said they were too busy to look at my car even though I was there 10 mins before they opened and had no other customers in. ATS staff here were great. Looked at my car straight away and managed to diagnose it straight away. Made an appointment to go back and get the work completed. Great service and will be back again.

    If there is an opportunity to give a zero star I would give them because that is what they deserve. Purchased tyres online from their eshop and they confirmed fitting date only for me to turn up and they told me they cancelled without informing me or issuing a refund before my arrival. I called the eshop customer service and was attended to by an extremely rude male who asked me to go back to the fitting centre for my refund. I read through the very bad reviews but still went ahead to give them the benefit of doubt. I have myself to blame. The service is horrible. Do not make the same mistake.

    Arrived for a 9:30am appointment to be told you have no balancing weights. No call before hand to let me know - wasted journey No, zero solutions offered. I ask - shall I come back later, answer : you can do Will you have the weights later - I don’t know. ????? Call customer services, sounds like he couldn’t care less either. He told me to go back into the site to ask for a refund. Told will be 10 days. What??

    Do not use! Beware! My partner took his Mercedes to ATS Little Hulton for a service. He was told he needed 4 new brake discs and pads for £800. Six months later he took it to another garage for an MOT - only to be told that his brakes had seized and all pads and discs needed to be replaced once again due to the current discs and pads being the cheapest of the cheap (and definitely not worth anywhere near the £800 he paid at ATS). It cost him another £800 to replace these cheap parts just 6 months later. If using this garage, make sure they use decent parts on your vehicle, and get alternative quotes to make sure you're not being ripped off. Will not be using again.

    Horrific experience , booked a day off to have a 50K service done on my 2018 VW , called and advised them at the point of booking the vehicle had a Arnold car Service plan on , yes sir no problem sir course we can do it sir , day of the booking rolled up to drop off , Told cant do it no MOT tester in called in sick ? Ok MOT not due until June plenty of time to book another day off to sort that so crack on with the service I'll re book for the MOT , Erm we cant we have to do them both together ?? Which made no sense at all just do the service and I will re book , the conversation from there on it became really apparent the guy who dealt with me was clueless and had no idea about the car nor how to deal with a disgruntled customer, looking at how empty the garage was and the state of reception I am surprised this place can afford to open the doors pretty sure this was a £300.00 plus service. Anyway that's what you get trying to feed the national and local garage networks rather than go direct to the Dealerships the standard is just not there wont be making that mistake again .
