   Sadly, management have not read or acted upon previous reviews. I was looking for a patterned shirt I had seen in the window from a previous shop. Members of staff were just glaring, as if I was going to shop lift. How sad that they judge others and not even ask to help. Made me feel like a criminal. I won't ever be returning again. Please don't judge people on their clothes or appearances.

   An absolutely horrendous experience that I have had from Laura and Geetan. I found this these two utterly unprofessional and duplicitous. I found that Geetan failed to make am adjustment for my health condition and Laura acted unprofessionally in store. I find this ugly and distasteful behaviour from these people.

   Absolutely appalled by the staff. As a disabled person, I was treated with absolute contempt by a female member of staff. I wrote a formal complaint to head office, just to be fobbed off. I will never spend my money there.

   Went in to have a look on clothes and shoes, never felt so unwelcome in a women section of the shop. Just because I don't look like I would shop in that kind of shop I do! And I really wanted one pair of shoes but after the look I received from a member of staff I just walked out. Get your staff right I mean the rest of the team was lovely beyond that women in shoes/ changing room part!

   Regardless of what others have said about customer service i beg to differ. Was treated with respect when i entered. After asking a few questions the staff (cant remember his name) told me about their offers and deals and since their new line was kicking in told me also about their sales and offers. Although i was looking to get a suit. It helped that i could ask the right questions and get the right response. Thanks guys
