   I always find plenty of choice in the Retford Store. The staff are always busy doing jobs but do stop to help when needed. The customer service is excellent in there. Lovely staff.

   I visited Peacocks in Retford Yesterday and the store was very clean, I went into the changing room, tried on a pair of trousers and decided to purchase them. The staff were very attentive. After returning home l had mislaid my glasses, essential to me. I phoned the store in Retford and explained and they had a search and rang me back within 5 minutes. I had left them in the changing room! It was closing time so the assistant asked me if l would mind giving her my address as she lives in Retford, she very kindly offered to drop off my glasses as she lives close by. I was very relieved as l can't manage without them. I wanted to give her a bottle of wine, however she didn't accept the gift and said it was goodwill! Thanks so much to the very polite young woman who I have no doubt will prosper in anything she does. Well done to Peacocks too Kind regards Yvonne Buchanan
