Called in here to look for a wedding outfit as I had the pleasure of giving away a very special girl on her wedding day. I had first class treatment from the staff who couldn’t have been more obliging. I can thoroughly recommend here if you want a wonderful experience
We were greeted and made to feel very welcome by all the staff but Annalise especially needs a special mention. She looked after us so wonderfully, put us at ease and was so helpful and polite. She is a little superstar that made an anxious MOTB feel very relaxed.
I had a great afternoon with my daughter and sister trying on lots of Mother of the Bride dresses. I was so grateful for Abbie for being so helpful and giving me the confidence to try on different styles and matching hats etc. I would recommend a visit as these ladies are amazing! Thank you x
All I can say about this place is WOW. I went today for a mother of the bride outfit. I had no idea what I wanted and was extremely body conscious. Abbie could not have done enough for us. I was encouraged to try on every style, in any color as many times as i wanted. I was given shoes, hats jewellery to be able to get a final idea. I was never once pressured and finally left with a dress I feel a million dollars in and incredibly happy. Thank you Abbie and all the ladies for making my day so special.
Just went to browse for ideas of mother of the bride, staff were amazing,let me try on everything with no pressure , guidance on which style suits my shape. Bought outfit and hat.
Good selection of day wear, friendly staff, good size changing rooms, parking at the rear - very handy.
The staff at Anne Wilkinson at Retford are so kind and professional - they took great care to help me choose a wardrobe that works for me. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and they boosted my confidence massively.
Rude staff, overpriced, old stock. -Given it one star as unable to give zero rating. -Customer service appalling, worst I have ever come across. Lady was extremely rude and obnoxious, rolling her eyes and walking off whilst I was talking. -Substantial bulk of stock is years old, but still at full price!
This is a very well established ladies clothes shop in Retford. The clothes are excellent range and quality, according to my wife. They are not cheap, nor exorbitant. The staff are friendly, helpful and make the customers feel valued. Free parking outside, if a space is available plus there is their own private car park to the rear. However the entrance is fairly narrow & some larger cars wouldn't make it.
